About The Role

As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own and execute our partnerships strategy. You will lead the development of the partnerships function and shape how partnerships drive business growth—by unlocking new routes to market and accelerating customer acquisition.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a key business function from the ground up, transforming it into a high-impact area that directly contributes to growth. If you’re commercially minded, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, this role offers ownership and impact. You will report to the Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Partnerships Strategy: Develop and implement a high-impact strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Leverage Partnerships as a Growth Channel: Use partnerships to reach new customer segments and accelerate growth.
  • Drive Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships through outreach, networking, and events.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Structure commercially valuable partnerships and build scalable collaborations.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Develop and oversee a pipeline of potential partners, ensuring smooth progression from outreach to closure.
  • Execute with Impact: Coordinate partnership activities, troubleshoot, and find creative solutions to achieve results.
  • Optimise Performance: Track, measure, and refine strategies to maximise impact.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, sales, finance, tech, and product teams to craft partnership propositions.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor a team, supporting junior colleagues’ development.

  • Proven experience managing commercial partnerships and delivering results.
