About Publicis Media Content (PMC) and the Partnerships team
PMC is the content service for Publicis Media which works across Publicis agencies, Spark Foundry, Starcom and Zenith providing clients with content strategy & planning, creative, production, social, influencers and partnerships. As part of PMC, the Partnerships team consists of around 32 individuals who produce media partnerships and sponsorship deals between clients and media partners across a large range of sectors and media channels
Are you an experienced media partnerships professional ready to lead innovative, high-impact campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands? At Publicis Media Content (PMC), we’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to shape and deliver standout branded content across multiple media channels, sectors, and clients including TikTok, Disney, 3 Mobile and more!
As a key member of our 30+ strong Partnerships team, you’ll report into a Partnerships Director and take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery—from strategy through to execution. Your work will span sponsorships, product placement, and advertiser-funded programmes (AFPs), with a sharp focus on meeting client KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
Design and deliver integrated media partnerships that meet client briefs and objectives.
Manage complex campaigns across sponsorship, branded content, and AFPs.
Negotiate best value from media owners, ensuring commercial and creative excellence.
Mentor and lead a Partnerships Executive, helping them grow through hands-on guidance.
Lead client communications, manage partner relationships, and resolve issues proactively.
Deliver insightful post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
Contribute to new business pitches with innovative ideas and partnership strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with financial processes.
Strong experience in media partnerships and branded content delivery.
Deep knowledge across multiple media channels.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
A structured, creative approach to campaign development.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
