Job summary

Teesside University is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead employer acquisition and strategic account management across a nominated portfolio. You will drive new business, revenue, recruitment and key accounts, using market intelligence and CRM to shape strategy and deliver opportunities on behalf of the university.

The post sits at the centre of Growth and Skills Levy Strategy; you may deputise for the Director when required. Salary £50,253 - £56,535, full-time, permanent.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead employer acquisition and strategic account management.
• Experience driving new business pipelines and revenue growth.
• Strong data and CRM skills with Salesforce-like insight (CRM).
