GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is recruiting an Associate Director of Commercial Partnerships. The postholder will lead the development of the client’s commercial partnership activity across UK campuses and related sectors, delivering growth, diversification and sustainable revenue.

You will identify opportunities with employers, brands and industry bodies, shape sponsorship frameworks and manage a robust pipeline while aligning with governance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Track record of originating and securing high-value B2B partnerships.
• Experience developing business cases and pricing/P&L thinking.
• Strong network across creative industries and commercial markets.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver our client’s commercial partnership strategy to drive growth and diversification.
• Secure new partnerships, sponsorships and business development opportunities generating revenue.
• Build relationships with employers, brands and industry bodies to expand partnerships.
• Expand engagement across the creative industries and explore adjacent sectors.
• Originate opportunities for executive education and professional training with delivery support teams.
• Create sponsorship frameworks and partnership models delivering mutual value.
• Maximise the commercial potential of facilities, studios and assets.
• Produce robust business cases and navigate governance and approvals.
• Oversee partnerships pipeline, forecast activity and report progress.
• Use market intelligence to identify trends and growth areas.
• Establish governance, performance measures and reporting frameworks.
