Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development with a track record in B2B relationships.
• Experience working with SMEs and industry partners to address workforce needs.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and commercial training opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand and strengthen our employer network by building trusted, long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities with SMEs and партнёрами (industry partners).
