Computacenter is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to develop and manage key strategic relationships with partners, supporting our business growth. This role will be part of our internal OCIO (Office of the CIO) team, focusing on maintaining several key partnerships.

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will lead and expand our network of tech partners, with a focus on SaaS opportunities, fostering innovation and business growth through executing business plans, understanding market dynamics, and strengthening partner relationships at all levels.

What you'll do

You will collaborate with our CTO, Group Technology Sourcing, Sales, and Product teams to identify, contract, onboard, and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with GIS (Group Information Services) business objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, understanding their technology, commercial, and product propositions.
  • Gaining detailed knowledge of partner organizations, solutions, key personnel, pipelines, targets, and organizational structure.
  • Assessing and exploiting market, technology, and product changes to communicate relevant propositions to the CTO & Product Managers to drive growth.
  • Facilitating partner Quarterly and Monthly Business reviews (QBRs) and ensuring follow-up on outcomes.
  • Building close partnerships while balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
  • Working with Sourcing and Procurement to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
  • Serving as a single point of contact for partners and management regarding escalations and partner-related matters.
  • Monitoring and reporting on partner performance against KPIs.
  • Understanding partner compensation programs and executing business plans to support these initiatives.
  • Negotiating favorable terms with stakeholders to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Managing partner account plans and RAID logs.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to partner relationships, including compliance and security risks.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to partner or customer offices.

What you'll need

  • Experience in Partner/Vendor Management.
  • Experience working with large organizations and SaaS providers such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce is preferred.
  • Proven track record in negotiating complex deals and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Capability to build, manage, and develop a pipeline.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive team player.
