Job Description:

Amazon is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced individual to join our global Prime Video Device Partnerships team as a Senior Partner Growth Manager. This role involves managing key device partnerships across EU markets, supporting global marketing initiatives, and leveraging third-party distribution partnerships. Responsibilities include making strategic recommendations, creating marketing materials, designing scalable partner growth programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking partner performance to increase brand awareness, subscriptions, and customer engagement. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your business, technical, and media industry skills in the dynamic streaming sector. It involves high visibility and interaction across all company levels.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and adoption for Prime Video.
  2. Monitor key partner business trends and performance, and develop business plans to maximize results.
  3. Create insight-driven, client-facing narratives highlighting mutual benefits of partnerships.
  4. Support senior device partner engagements and quarterly reviews.
  5. Generate innovative ideas for growth and manage campaign execution, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  6. Collaborate with product and business teams on multiple projects.
  7. Work with Business Development to identify strategic partner roadmaps and success metrics.
  8. Assess customer behaviors and business needs to build a pipeline supporting growth and market awareness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior professional experience in marketing or partnership management
  • Experience in building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Experience in business analysis, forecasting, and reporting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA and experience in digital/product marketing or partner marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Fluency in European languages is a plus (spoken and written)
