As Ads partners work across all ad products, supply sources, and geographies, this is an exciting opportunity to drive impact widely across the business. The right candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented business development leader with a proven track record developing complex tech partnerships. You will cultivate new partnerships and drive revenue growth for emerging ad products. You possess excellent relationship-building skills and are able to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners to best represent our customers, brands, and advertising products.

The right person will manage new business from end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating new partnership opportunities, conducting partner outreach, negotiating term sheets and agreements, and driving to execution. You are a role model for best practices in incubating new partnerships, diving deep into partners’ tech products, and improving partner performance. Success will require close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams including Product and Tech on new product innovations designed to help brands unlock better outcomes. You demonstrate strategic thinking, trend identification, and effective influence on internal stakeholders such as Finance and Legal by earning trust and being accurate in your assessments.

Key job responsibilities
  • Close high-impact partnerships driving revenue, product adoption, and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads
  • Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy
  • Represent Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies
  • Deep understanding of technical business models and product integrations
  • Work cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance to drive initiatives and programs
  • Drive innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale
  • Own robust goals for revenue, product adoption, and strategic actions
  • Leverage data to make business decisions with an analytical approach
