We’re a growing international organization seeking a High-Commission Project Manager to lead and manage our client acquisition initiatives. This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for a proactive leader who excels in managing projects, analyzing data, and closing high-value deals.

About The Role

As our Project Manager, you will oversee strategic initiatives related to lead generation and client onboarding. You'll work with warm leads—individuals already interested in our premium programs—and guide them through our proven framework. This role blends project management, sales strategy, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the lead acquisition process from initial contact to client onboarding.
  • Coordinate with global team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Analyze lead data and KPIs to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement process improvements in our acquisition funnels and communication touchpoints.
  • Operate independently while leveraging existing systems and best practices for success.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in project management, business development, or high-ticket sales roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Analytical thinker familiar with CRMs and performance metrics (A/B testing or CRO is a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis—unlimited earning potential based on performance.
