Job summary

Financial Divisions, a boutique independent Chartered wealth planning firm near Horsham, is creating a new Senior Technical Administrator role.

You will handle end-to-end administration and some paraplanning, including suitability reports, new business processing, and preparing meeting packs for advisers.

Candidates with at least 3 years wealth management experience, support for industry exams, and a collaborative team fit are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years wealth management experience.
• Experience drafting suitability reports may be required.
• Strong admin and client servicing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end administration and paraplanning support.
• Prepare suitability reports and meeting packs.
• Process new business and ongoing client servicing.
• Answer queries and draft LOAs/ LOVs.
• Provide ad hoc admin support to advisers.
