AMG Wealth Management is expanding its paraplanner team in Derbyshire, UK. The role focuses on preparing tailored suitability reports, researching recommendations, and supporting advisers to deliver compliant financial planning for individuals, families, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of two years' experience within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial planning products, services and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with ability to interpret information.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Collaborative and proactive team player with tech interest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, personalised suitability reports and client correspondence.
• Conduct detailed technical research to support recommendations.
• Produce recommendations across retirement, investment, protection, tax and business planning.
• Ensure client documentation, fact finds and illustrations are complete and compliant.
• Undertake comparative research to support financial planning.
• Respond to client queries accurately and promptly.
• Provide admin support: letters of authority, submissions, presentation packs.
• Collaborate with advisers to deliver excellent client experience.

Education

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) or equivalent qualification
