Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) is required.
• Experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or Wealth Management firm.
• Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, tax planning and protection.

Responsibilities

• Conducting and reviewing complex financial research across investments, pensions, protection and estate planning.
• Preparing and reviewing technical suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
• Supporting high-net-worth and complex financial planning cases.
• Overseeing the quality of work produced by junior Paraplanners, providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Mentoring and coaching Trainee and Junior Paraplanners, supporting their professional growth.
• Assisting in shaping processes, research methodologies and training programmes for the Paraplanning team.
