Mulberry Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader in Farnborough with hybrid working options. The role combines leadership responsibilities with strong technical paraplanning duties, including overseeing daily workflow, quality checks, and mentoring junior staff. Salary ranges £50,000-£55,000.

You will review client needs, ensure compliance, prepare high-quality reports, and collaborate with advisers and providers to support a high-performing team.

Formación

• Strong background in paraplanning with DB transfer experience.
• Leadership, mentoring or training experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily workflow and ensure timely case progression.
• Mentor and develop paraplanners to reach competency.
• Deliver technical training and peer reviews to maintain high standards.
• Maintain relationships with Compliance and Business Quality Unit.
• deputise for the Paraplanner Manager when needed.
