Job summary

Origen Financial Services Limited is seeking a Paraplanner Team Leader to manage the paraplanning team remotely, with monthly attendance at the Farnborough office. The role combines team leadership with hands-on paraplanning, ensuring timely case progression and high-quality advice documentation.

The role requires 5+ years paraplanning experience, Level 4 Diploma, and FCA regulatory knowledge. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and support the Head of Paraplanning in achieving

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma is essential, working towards Chartered status.
• Experience in financial services, preferably life and pensions.
• Paraplanning experience is essential (5+ years).
• Established Senior Paraplanner desirable.
• Regulatory knowledge: FCA Know Your Client and Suitability.
• Strong report writing and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily team management against individual targets and SLA delivery.
• Provide technical and problem‑solving support; train and develop team to competence.
• Drive process improvements across end-to-end paraplanning.
• Maintain accuracy and quality through liaison with Head of Paraplanning and BQU.
• Review client fact-finds and prepare draft suitability reports.
• Co-ordinate final recommendation reports and supporting documentation.
