Job summary

St. James’s Place plc in Alderley Edge is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our growing practice.

You will provide technical research and analysis to support retirement planning, inheritance tax advice, investments and family protection, and produce compliant reports for our Financial Advisors. You will work closely with the Senior Partner and future advisers, cover the full client journey, and may attend client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experienced Paraplanner with strong report writing skills.
• Level 4 Diploma desirable but not required if paraplanning experience.
• Experience with Life, Pension, and Investment products.
• Hybrid working 2–3 days a week.
• Good team player with work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed research and analysis of financial planning solutions.
• Produce compliant client reports for Advisors/Partner.
• Support full client journey from research to reporting.
• Attend or host client meetings when required.
