AFH Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Paraplanner based in Bromsgrove with the option for remote work. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering independent financial planning research, preparing reports, and supporting advisers to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Financial Planning or be working toward Chartered/Advanced qualifications, with IFA experience and strong communication, accuracy, and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Financial Planning as minimum qualification or working towards chartered/advanced qualifications.
• Knowledge and experience in personal financial planning and in constructing financial planning research and reports.
• Experience in an IFA environment with quality written and verbal communication.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in written and numerical skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills with strong report-writing ability.

Aufgaben

• Participate in and deliver comprehensive financial research on products and investments using company-approved tools.
• Prepare financial planning reports across a range of advice types and investment solutions, including complex cases.
• Work with Advisers to ensure correct client outcomes and keep case progression updated.
• Keep back-office systems up to date with client information, provider contacts and documentation.
• Manage your diary effectively to meet SLA and key performance metrics.
• Complete tax and other complex ad-hoc calculations for clients and advisers as required.
• Support training and onboarding of team members through case checking and guidance.
• Adhere to FCA regulations and internal SOPs and processes.
• Support the paraplanning team with questions and process guidance.
• Develop understanding of the firm’s Advice Guidance as delivered.
• Identify process issues/improvements and escalate to management.
