Job summary

AFH Wealth Management in Bromsgrove is seeking a Paraplanning Manager to lead a high‑calibre paraplanning team, ensuring timely, accurate research and financial planning reports for AFH advisers. You will coach, train and support the team while driving projects and process improvements.

The role requires a Diploma in Financial Planning, proven people management in an IFA environment, and strong attention to detail. It is a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Financial Planning required.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of personal financial planning and research/report construction.
• Experience in an IFA environment with quality communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paraplanning team to ensure timely, accurate research and reports.
• Lead training for new employees and run projects outside client work.
• Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor team workflow, SLAs and KPIs; provide feedback and coaching.
• Improve processes to enhance service delivery.
