Job summary

Kingsley Napley is seeking a proactive Senior Paralegal to join its Regulatory team in London. The role supports lawyers and clients on complex regulatory and professional discipline matters, with hybrid office days and full-time hours.

Responsibilities include drafting, evidence management, client liaison, and preparation of hearing bundles. The successful candidate will handle sensitive information with discretion and work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Regulatory/Professional Discipline preferred.
• Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing case papers and identifying key issues to support case strategy
• Liaising directly with clients, taking instructions and maintaining effective communication
• Drafting witness statements, legal documents, case summaries and other supporting materials
• Obtaining, reviewing and managing documentary evidence
• Attending client meetings and case-related appointments
• Preparing accurate and comprehensive hearing bundles
• Supporting business development, marketing initiatives, blogs and articles
• Supervising and delegating work to administrators and junior case support paralegals
• Managing documents and progressing matters through electronic case management systems
