Job summary

TLT is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join the Retail Mortgage Services team in Bristol. You will manage conveyancing related work and other services, handling end-to-end case work and billing with precision. The role is full time with hybrid working and a focus on continuous improvement within a supportive team.

You will operate as a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring high standards of client service and regulatory compliance, while developing your skills across multiple matters and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree, previous paralegal or equivalent experience.
• Experience in conveyancing.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Accuracy, good organisational skills, ability to operate in a fast paced environment and flexibility.
• Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Fee earning end to end case work including ownership of own cases allocated within resourcing thresholds, including complex matters under supervision.
• Preparation of documentation, liaising with clients and third parties to progress cases through SLA.
• Reviewing incoming correspondence from third parties.
• Ensure Peppermint system is updated for data capture and MI.
• Deliver excellent client service through case management and financial management of matters with high billing hygiene.
• Support senior management in continuous improvement and change within the team.
