Job summary

TLT is recruiting a Contract Paralegal for the Retail Mortgage Services team in Manchester on a 3-6 month contract. The role is full-time and based in our Manchester office, with day-rate pay via umbrella company.

You will manage fee-earning cases, prepare documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure accurate data capture in Peppermint for MI. Strong billing hygiene and process improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent paralegal experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Accurate, well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word and Outlook; Excel/PowerPoint beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage fee-earning end-to-end cases under supervision.
• Prepare documentation and liaise with clients and third parties.
• Update Peppermint system for data capture and MI.
• Handle billing and financial hygiene.
• Support continuous improvement within the RMS team.
