Job summary

Visualsoft in Manchester seeks a Paid Social Account Lead to own strategic management, performance, and retention of paid social accounts. You will act as the primary strategic partner for clients, driving growth with autonomy and cross‑department collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

You will lead paid social strategy across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, using data insights to continuously optimise ROAS and client success within a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Social marketing or digital strategy within an agency or in‑house environment.
• Proven track record in Paid Social performance and strategy.
• Strong proficiency across Meta; experience with Pinterest and TikTok is ideal.
• Proficiency with analytics, forecasting and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client goals and KPIs.
• Guide creative assets and ensure alignment between paid and organic social roadmaps.
• Analyse campaign data to report performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead day‑to‑day client interactions and ensure high retention and ROI.
