Job summary

Visualsoft, a leading UK eCommerce agency, is seeking a Paid Social Account Lead to drive strategy across platforms and optimise ROAS for a portfolio of clients. You will act as the strategic partner, guiding creative, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustained growth.

You will own client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work across departments to ensure exceptional delivery and retention while maintaining high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Social media marketing or digital strategy, within an agency or in-house.
• Extensive proven experience specialising in Paid Social performance and strategy.
• Essential expertise in Meta, with strong proficiency and ideal experience in Pinterest and TikTok.
• Proven expertise in external Social platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement.
• Proficiency with social listening, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Google Analytics).
• Experience in building and executing Social strategies, whether in-house or for clients.
• Working to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual.
• Senior-level client-facing experience with high confidence in face-to-face interactions and presentations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with experience pitching to marketing leads and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical understanding and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client brand goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
• Guide effective paid social assets and ensure strong creative alignment with campaign goals.
• Analyse campaign data to report performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead day-to-day client interactions as a trusted strategic lead across accounts.
• Oversee workflow, timelines, and quality control across all deliverables.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure best-in-class delivery and ROI.
