Job summary

Visualsoft, a UK ecommerce agency, is seeking a Paid Social Media Account Manager in Manchester. You will own a portfolio of social clients, act as the main liaison between client goals and agency execution, and drive ROI by delivering high-quality, innovative social campaigns.

You will lead multi-channel strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, coordinate across internal teams, monitor performance with analytics tools, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media marketing or digital strategy
• Experience in an agency account management or team lead role
• Extensive proven experience specialising in Social platforms and tools

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel social media strategies tailored to client goals and KPIs
• Integrate organic social, paid social, and creator programs into cohesive client roadmaps
• Analyse campaign data and social analytics to report performance and insights
• Lead day-to-day client interactions and ensure satisfaction and ROI
• Oversee workflow, timelines and quality across deliverables
• Mentor junior team members and manage client portfolios
• Pitch new business and identify upsell opportunities
