Job summary

helm recruit is seeking a Senior Paid Social Executive to drive performance across paid social campaigns for regulated iGaming brands. This hands-on role offers ownership, testing, and optimization to convert data into customers and revenue.

You'll manage Meta campaigns, test audiences and creatives, optimise CPA/ROAS, and collaborate with creative and wider marketing teams to scale high-performing activity within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and other major platforms.
• Delivering against targets such as CPA, ROAS and revenue.
• Experience in regulated/brand-sensitive industries is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing paid social campaigns across Meta and other major social platforms
• Managing budgets and optimizing performance against CPA, ROAS and customer acquisition targets
• Testing audiences, creatives, messaging and placements to improve results and scale successful campaigns
• Working closely with creative teams to develop engaging, high-performing and compliant ads
• Tracking and analysing campaign performance, using data to recommend what to scale, pause or change
• Collaborating with wider marketing, strategy and creative teams to deliver the best possible results
