Qualifications

• 7+ years running paid social
• Experience owning budgets on Meta
• Experience testing other social channels (TikTok, Snap, Reddit)
• Automation experience with reporting, pacing or optimization
• Comfort with platform APIs and pulling data
• Able to brief and iterate with creative teams
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and self-driven

Responsibilities

• Run paid social end to end with Meta as core channel
• Open new channels and test with clear hypotheses
• Build agents/automations to read performance and pace budgets
• Scale high-performing channels while maintaining efficiency bar
• Work with creative teams to keep a diverse, fresh asset pipeline
• Build and debug tracking (Meta CAPI, events APIs, pixels) and run lift tests
