Job summary

Digital Waffle in London is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and performance across a portfolio of consumer brands. You will own the paid media roadmap, drive acquisition and optimise campaigns across Meta and TikTok in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll partner with clients, translate data into actionable insights, and shape growth strategies that align with commercial objectives while operating in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing paid media campaigns in ecommerce.
• Deep expertise across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable commercial results.
• Strong analytical skills linking performance to business outcomes.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of attribution, measurement and incrementality.
• Agency experience or fast-paced digital business background.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce and consumer brands.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other paid acquisition channels.
• Build growth strategies aligned to client commercial objectives, profitability and customer acquisition targets.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
• Lead client meetings, presenting recommendations and performance insights confidently.
• Collaborate with creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion performance.
• Support testing programmes across audiences, creative, landing pages and acquisition funnels.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging opportunities within paid media.
