Job summary

Kubix is seeking a senior paid media specialist to manage complex, high-spend eCommerce accounts while mentoring a team. You’ll own delivery end-to-end, set standards for campaign quality, and act as the first point of contact for workload and escalations.

The role reports into the Performance Director within a top UK Shopify agency. We value hands-on campaign management at senior levels, strong client communication, and proactive workload planning to keep client work on track and scalable

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency-side experience required; eCommerce exposure preferred.
• Mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Strong prioritisation and workload management.
• Technical tracking with GTM or server-side tracking.
• Experience with Shopping feed setup and PMax.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-spend eCommerce accounts end to end.
• QA campaign builds, account structures and feeds before launches.
• Prioritise and scope work with the Production Manager to avoid capacity issues.
• Triage client escalations and advise on commercial/strategic moves.
• Coordinate onboarding: goals, budgets, and setup within team standards.
• Develop and refine workflows and onboarding processes across the team.
