Job summary

Kubix Media Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a senior paid media specialist to run a portfolio of complex, high-spend eCommerce accounts and raise the team's performance to a senior standard. You will own campaigns end-to-end, mentor the team, and set benchmarks across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

You will manage workload with the Production Manager, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to drive strategic outcomes while maintaining a hands-on approach to campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years hands-on paid media experience in Google Ads and Meta at a senior level.
• Experience with eCommerce campaigns and high-spend accounts.
• Mentored or led junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Senior Account Delivery: manage a portfolio of complex, high-spend eCommerce accounts end to end.
• Set the technical bar with QA on campaign builds, account structures and feeds across the team.
