Job summary

Kubix, a Shopify Platinum Partner in the UK, is seeking a Digital Designer to turn strategic briefs into on-brand assets across email, paid social, and web banners. You’ll own projects from concept through execution and collaborate closely with our in‑house creative, strategy and copy teams.

The role emphasizes craft and audience-focused design, with responsibilities spanning campaigns, asset creation, and cross-team collaboration to drive brand growth in the fast-paced eCommerce space.

Qualifications

• Experience designing for marketing campaigns: email, web banners, paid social.
• Fluent in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere/After Effects and an animation tool (e.g. Jitter)

Responsibilities

• Campaign Design: Design across email, paid social, web banners and full campaign rollouts for UK eCommerce brands.
• Strategy to Asset: Turn strategy into on-brand design that helps businesses grow.
• Concept Ownership: Take a brief from concept through to a finished asset with ownership over execution.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with in-house creative, strategy and copy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Direction & Craft: Design against clear direction from a Creative Director with emphasis on craft.
