Job summary

Wise in London is seeking an experienced Paid Search Senior Manager to own our channel strategy and execution across markets. You will translate growth objectives into quarterly plans, KPIs and investment choices, partnering with SEO, Product and Paid Marketing teams.

You will lead large‑scale Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Ads accounts, use automation and AI‑enabled capabilities, and build a disciplined test‑and‑learn approach to improve customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience with direct‑response campaigns.
• Proven track record managing large Google Ads accounts.
• Experience with automation, scripts and bid management.
• Strong ability to measure performance and explain results to varied audiences.
• Customer‑first mindset and focus on driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid search strategy and quarterly plan.
• Forecast impact and allocate budget within guardrails.
• Lead campaigns across markets and languages with clear KPIs.
• Use automation, scripts and APIs to optimize performance.
• Develop a disciplined experimentation approach for tests.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Analyst and Paid Marketing teams.
• Maintain reporting and forecasting to support acquisition targets.
