Job summary

En Route International is seeking a Packaging & Compliance Manager to lead our global packaging strategy and governance. You will shape packaging across our business, aligning sustainability, compliance, and commercial performance while guiding a team of packaging technologists.

You will own compliance with UK, EU, and international regulations, track evolving legislation, and collaborate with Procurement, Technical, ESG, and Supply Chain teams to deliver innovative, scalable packaging

Qualifications

• Extensive packaging development experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead packaging teams and deliver compliant, innovative solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU/global packaging regulations and legislation.
