Job summary

Waythrough, based in Bradford, seeks a Senior Recovery Coordinator to support street outreach delivery across Bradford, identify and engage people at risk of rough sleeping, and coordinate access to accommodation and services. The role involves day-to-day operational support and developing strong partnerships.

You will oversee outreach activity, supervise casework, and promote strengths-based, trauma-informed support while driving collaborative solutions with partners.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards.
• Knowledge of brief interventions MI, PSIs, CBT and ITEP.
• Experience delivering 1-2-1 and group therapeutic interventions.
• Experience of working with carers and families.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach planning and coordinate daily activities across Bradford.
• Undertake early morning, evening, and welfare outreach shifts.
• Respond promptly to rough sleeping reports and engage individuals at risk.
• Provide guidance to outreach workers and support complex casework.
• Support safeguarding and multi-agency risk management processes.
