Job summary

Montash is seeking an OT Technical Support Manager in Perth, Scotland, to lead the operational support, maintenance and resilience of high-availability OT systems, including DMS, SCADA, data historians and telemetry.

You will own incident management, fault diagnosis, recovery, and drive patching and vulnerability remediation, while managing a technical team and coordinating with stakeholders in a regulated national infrastructure environment. The role requires 1–2 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in the support and operational management of OT platforms such as DMS, SCADA, data historians and telemetry systems.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, diagnose faults and ensure recovery in high-availability environments.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability remediation and maintenance activities in OT/ICS environments.
• Ability to allocate resources, map capabilities and coach technical teams to improve service delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in regulated infrastructure contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation and management of OT platforms (DMS, SCADA, historians, telemetry, comms).
• Own incident management, fault diagnosis, recovery and resilience across high-availability OT environments.
• Oversee OT patching, vulnerability remediation and maintenance activities per schedule and compliance requirements.
• Manage resource allocation, capability mapping, coaching and development across the team.
• Provide strong operational leadership and ensure service delivery commitments are met.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate support.
