Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an OT Technical Systems Manager in Perth, Scotland, with 1-2 days on-site weekly and an ASAP start through 31 March 2027. You will provide technical leadership across OT platforms, ensuring governance, assurance, and lifecycle management for critical control environments.

The role demands strong experience in OT governance, cyber security, and working within regulated/critical infrastructure contexts to maintain resilient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience governance and lifecycle management for OT platforms (DMS, SCADA, data historians, telemetry).
• Proven ability to lead OT cyber security and vulnerability management in regulated or critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, technical controls, and assurance frameworks for complex OT systems.

OT Technical Systems Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Drive compliance, resilience, and technical assurance across OT platforms including DMS, SCADA, data historians, telemetry, and communications systems
• Support vulnerability management and OT cyber security activities within regulated/critical infrastructure contexts
• Own platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, operational readiness, and technical roadmaps
• Apply engineering standards, technical controls, and assurance frameworks to strengthen system governance
• Manage stakeholders and suppliers to ensure technical delivery aligns with governance and assurance expectations

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience providing governance, configuration, and lifecycle management for OT platforms (DMS, SCADA, data historians, telemetry, communications)
• Proven ability to lead OT cyber security and vulnerability management activities in regulated or critical environments
