Job summary

Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) is seeking a Senior OSINT Trainer to lead development and delivery of high-quality OSINT capacity strengthening programmes for Ukrainian justice institutions. The role involves online and in-person training, mentoring, and collaboration with project leadership to tailor content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical trainings and capacity strengthening programmes, online and in person.
• Strong pedagogical skills: structure objectives, practical exercises, adapt teaching methods.
• Experience briefing senior stakeholders, including Ukrainian external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination and delivery of OSINT capacity strengthening activities, online and in person.
• Create training curricula, session plans, and practical exercises.
• Mentor trainers and deliver training-of-trainers programmes.
• Collaborate with leadership to draft long-term delivery plans and adapt content to audiences.
• Maintain notes on progress, risks, and MEL feedback.
