Job summary

Circle Health Group Bath Clinic is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner in Orthopaedic Scrub to join the Theatre department in Bath. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern and a salary up to £48,000 per year, depending on experience, training and qualifications.

The post requires leadership in a perioperative setting, NMC HCPC registration and extensive orthopaedic theatre experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC).
• Significant perioperative experience with orthopaedic surgery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle specialist instrumentation and equipment per surgical protocols.
• Assist surgical and anaesthetic teams, anticipating needs during procedures.
• Lead theatre preparation, staffing coordination and resource management.
