Life Services Group is seeking a Chief of Staff & Transformation Director to lead the organic growth strategy across our multi-brand family from our Maidenhead offices. This high-impact role reports to the Marketing Director and shapes the team and function to deliver measurable SEO and revenue outcomes.

You will own the strategy, drive AI-enabled search initiatives, and oversee content across channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand strategy while building a capable team

Qualifications

• Senior leader with a track record in organic growth/ SEO across multiple brands.
• Experience in leading teams and shaping strategy at scale.
• Commercially minded with ability to explain impact to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic strategy across multiple brands with targets tied to sales and revenue.
• Define AI search strategy and how brands appear in AI overviews and chat interfaces.
• Oversee content across website, social, and YouTube with expert contributors.
• Build and lead an in-house and agency SEO team, with AI-powered workflows.
• Align organic, paid and brand workstreams for new site/product launches.
• Collaborate with PPC, brand, product and engineering to optimize search performance.
