Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Head of Organic Performance in Sheffield to drive the organic growth strategy across search, AI discovery, technical SEO, content, authority and ecommerce. You will steer senior client engagements, collaborate with developers, and own the organic proposition across the business.

You will lead technical SEO, ecommerce optimization, information architecture, internal linking, structured data, entity optimization, and authority building.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in organic search across multiple clients.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to work with developers.

Responsibilities

• You will own the organic proposition across the business and drive visibility across Google, AI platforms and the wider web.
• Lead organic performance across a portfolio of clients.
• Identify high-value opportunities and convert them into action.
• Oversee technical SEO, ecommerce SEO, IA assessment & implementation, and internal linking.
• Guide content strategy to earn visibility and support commercial outcomes.
• Measure and report on organic revenue, leads, and share of search.
