Job summary

Zenith UK is seeking an SEO & GEO Director to shape organic growth for major brands, combining traditional SEO with AI-powered discovery. You’ll lead strategy, manage senior client relationships, and drive initiatives across content, data, and activation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency setting.

The role focuses on developing integrated organic growth programs, measuring impact, and mentoring SEO talent as search evolves with AI and commerce trends.

Qualifications

• Extensive SEO experience leading multi-brand accounts.
• Strong knowledge of core SEO disciplines including content, technical SEO, keyword strategy.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and translating opportunities into recommendations.
• Hands-on GEO and AI search exposure desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy across client portfolio with clear roadmaps.
• Own senior client relationships across SEO, content and GEO.
• Develop SEO programmes spanning technical SEO, content optimisation, keyword strategy, UX and performance.
• Turn search data into actionable brand guidance.
• Partner with Paid Search, Social, Retail Media and Analytics teams to build connected search strategies.
• Lead measurement and performance storytelling for growth.
• Mentor and develop SEO talent while exploring AI/search innovations.
