Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. in Coventry is seeking a Senior IA Developer on a contract basis. You will design and build IA rulebases and form journeys, align them to functional and non-functional requirements, and ensure accessibility with WCAG 2.2 AA.

You will work across SQL Server schema design, Java SOAP connectors, and release processes using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. The role requires collaboration with policy and delivery stakeholders and a proactive, user-centred mindset.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering IA services end-to-end.
Experience in regulated environments and security-conscious contexts.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and build IA rulebases and form journeys aligned to requirements.
Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance including ARIA and keyboard behaviour.
SQL Server design, stored procedures and audit data management in support of IA services.
Develop and support Java SOAP connector integrations.
Functional, regression, accessibility and non-functional testing.
Release support including ServiceNow change management and CAB participation where required.
Live service support including incident triage, defect resolution and business facing support.
Contribution to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
