Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking an Automation Analyst to expand automation and QA coverage across CRM, ERP and other business systems. Hybrid working at Theale/Reading area with other sites in Andover and Nottingham.

You will develop automated solutions, work with stakeholders, and leverage AI-driven automation to improve quality and productivity. 4+ years in test automation and experience with Selenium/Playwright are preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years in test automation with AI-enabled automation experience.
Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright or similar tools.
Experience with CRM, ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
API testing experience (Postman) and SQL data validation.
Strong understanding of QA processes and lifecycle.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts across multiple systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver automation.
Identify opportunities to use AI-driven automation to improve quality.
Design and test AI-enabled automations with validated outputs.
Independently design, develop, test and maintain automated solutions end-to-end.
Manage and deliver automation tasks within agreed timelines.
Ensure solutions align with requirements and best practices.
