Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. seeks a Lead IA Developer / DevOps for end-to-end delivery and operation of the Intelligent Advisor service across Oracle IA, WebLogic, RHEL10 and Java integrations. You will own deployments, runtimes, security and performance across pre-prod and prod environments in a hybrid setup.

The role requires leadership of CI/CD pipelines, governance of releases, and collaboration with product owners and security teams to maintain operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership of mission-critical IA or rules-based services.
• Experience running production WebLogic estates on Linux.
• Strong governance of CI/CD pipelines and security controls.
• Ability to translate policy into operable IA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of Oracle Intelligent Advisor (IA) and IA Hub deployments, runtime support and upgrades.
• Lead WebLogic domain and cluster operations, including AdminServer, Managed Servers and diagnostics.
• Manage RHEL10 VM operations across all nodes including hardening and patching.
• Oversee Apache HTTPD ingress configuration, routing, TLS and certificate renewals.
• Oversee Java services including IA SOAP connectors and CSV Poller for performance and resilience.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including sequencing and rollbacks.
• Lead cross-tier performance and capacity management from ingress to data layers.
• Ensure assurance readiness with OWASP, CIS baseline compliance and ITHC activities.
• Serve as senior technical interface to product owners, delivery managers and security teams.
