• Experience managing AMS testing cycles and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Own functional test strategy and planning for AMS releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Lead System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing cycles for Oracle HRMS EBS.
• Coordinate testing for HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning.
