Job summary

You will perform As-Is/To-Be process mapping, data modelling, and identify opportunities to streamline processes. Travel to education sector projects may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven BA experience across full project life cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems (Oracle CRM preferred).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data modelling.
• Ability to streamline processes and communicate with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of education sector tech (VLEs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business structures and integration between Marketing, Finance & Education.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and training to ensure buy-in.
• Map As-Is/To-Be processes and identify process improvements.
