Job summary

Free-Work is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5–8 years’ experience, focused on Finance Systems, to join the Milton Keynes team. You will map processes, lead workshops, and guide stakeholders to successful outcomes, with a preference for Oracle Financials experience.

You will analyse the integration between Marketing, Finance and Education, streamline processes, and ensure clear documentation. Travel to client sites is possible.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or similar financial systems.
• Strong documentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to map As-Is/To-Be processes and guide stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and training sessions to align stakeholders on new processes.
• Analyse business structures and IT integration across Marketing, Finance & Education.
• Perform As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data modelling to identify improvements.
• Communicate recommendations and benefits to senior management.
