Job summary

Version 1, a leading Oracle partner, invites you to join its Oracle Practice as an ERP Cloud Programme Manager. You will lead enterprise-scale Oracle transformations for major organisations, from strategy through delivery, and work with 700+ specialists across multiple regions.

You will influence C-suite stakeholders, manage budgets and governance, and guide delivery teams to transformational change, with a path toward Delivery Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements.
• Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
• Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships.
• Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives.
• MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million Oracle transformations from strategy through to delivery.
• Influence C-suite stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Lead complex Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM programmes for major organisations.
