Job summary

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is seeking a Senior Implementation Lead – A2R to help clients optimise Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM implementations. You will design, deliver and optimise finance processes, engaging with Finance Directors and senior teams to realise the value of Oracle investments.

You will lead workshops, advise on operating models, and drive end-to-end A2R activities across GL, period-end close and financial reporting, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Finance, ERP, Shared Services or Consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of A2R processes including GL, close, reporting and reconciliations.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and Oracle EPM experience.
• Workshop facilitation with senior finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle A2R and EPM workstreams across client engagements.
• Facilitate workshops to translate requirements into Oracle solutions.
• Advise on finance processes and operating models for standardisation and improvement.
• Drive design across GL, period end close, reporting and reconciliations.
• Provide SME in Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting; support testing, training and hypercare.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability development.
