Job summary

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) in the UK is seeking a Senior Implementation Lead - A2R to guide Oracle Finance and EPM implementations for multiple NHS clients. You will design, deliver and optimise end-to-end A2R processes across General Ledger, close and financial reporting, while mentoring junior staff and engaging with Finance Directors and Heads of Finance.

Role requires hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM experience and the ability to lead workshops and drive

Qualifications

• Extensive finance, ERP or consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of A2R processes.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Strong Oracle EPM experience.
• Experience running client workshops with senior finance.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle A2R and EPM workstreams across multiple client engagements.
• Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
• Advise clients on finance processes and operating models, supporting standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Drive solution design across General Ledger, Period End Close, Financial Reporting and Reconciliations.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, while supporting testing, training, deployment and hypercare.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development across the practice.
