NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Finance and Procurement ERP implementations across NHS organisations. You will partner with executive stakeholders, delivery partners and finance teams to improve financial planning, reporting and organisational performance.

You will manage scope, timelines and budgets, ensuring successful go-lives, benefits realisation and user adoption across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large ERP or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong governance, programme controls and risk management knowledge.
• Experience engaging Finance Directors and Executives during delivery.
• Proven track record in budgets, schedules and resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage scope, budgets, governance, reporting and benefits realization.
• Coordinate Finance, Procurement, Projects, HR, Data Migration and Change Management streams.
• Build relationships with NHS organisations, partners and suppliers.
• Oversee data migration, systems integration, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Identify risks and issues and support assurance reviews and improvements.
