Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Finance Applications Specialist to lead development and support of its Oracle EPBCS platform in a hybrid London role. You will guide global users, translate requirements into system design, and own parts of the EPBCS delivery for ESG, actuarial, tax, and FP&A reporting.

The role combines finance acumen with technology to optimise data collection and reporting processes. You will collaborate with Finance Transformation and Project Management teams, run end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Solid technical and analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Strong finance process understanding across financial/actuarial/tax/non-financial reporting domains.
• Expertise in Oracle EPM solutions; Groovy scripting is a plus.
• Experience in regulated/complex environments with large-scale finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements and Excel models into EPBCS design and configuration.
• Own parts of Oracle EPBCS delivery for ESG/Actuarial/Tax/FP&A reporting initiatives.
• Lead EPBCS development: data forms, narrative reports, data synchronisations and calculations, Power BI reports.
• Support testing and end-user training for new initiatives.
• Operate Oracle applications with strong governance and controls; drive improvements.
